Order Before You Arrive
You can submit your order any time, day or night, 365 days a year — even when the store is closed. To skip the queue and have your prints ready sooner, send us your order before you make your way in. Placing your order in advance means we can start preparing it ahead of your arrival — no waiting around in store. Best of all, no service charges apply when you order in advance — order ahead and save!
Your order has been sent to our print queue. Please allow some time for your order to be processed — staff will print it as soon as possible. Please note that for smaller orders, we may wait until you arrive in store before commencing printing.

Next time, skip the service charge entirely by submitting your order at least 1 hour before you need it. Your order will be queued and prioritised so it's processed as quickly as possible.

Collection Times
Please remember that all print orders must be collected by:
- 5:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
- 4:30 PM (Saturdays)
Check Your Order Before Leaving
Upon collecting your order please check that you have all your documents before leaving the store, it is your responsibility to ensure you have your print outs only, in the unlikely event you have documents that you have not submitted to us for printing do not leave the store with these documents and inform a member of staff. For the purposes of discretion our staff do not examine the content of documents submitted to us nor do we use the contents within the document to identify the customer therefore it is the customers responsibility to ensure they have been given the correct documents.
